Abstract

Unquestionable, the Internet has tremendously changed the way we disseminate and exchange information. Today, access to a computer – or even a mobile device – with an Internet connection allows anyone to not only create content but also to copy and redistribute content. Yet, the current copyright law in most jurisdictions is based on the logic of the analog area and has not kept pace with the revolution unfolding in cyberspace.
