Dr. Felix Schambach

Vita

Dr. Felix Schambach studied medicine at the Charité medical school in Berlin, Germany. He was a research assistant at the University of Bristol, England, and the University of Pennsylvania, USA, where he worked in the field of immunology and investigated new approaches to rational drug design. For his work related to the development of a drug against autoimmune diseases the Charité awarded Dr. Schambach with a doctorate degree.

Dr. Schambach practiced as an assistant physician at the University Hospital of the Technische Universität München, Germany. During this time, he conducted research in the field of neuroradiological applications of functional magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy.

Main Areas of Activity

Dr. Schambach has considerable experience in biochemistry and in the area of medical devices including medical imaging.  Inter alia, he deals with inventions related to medical diagnostics and analytics, medical implants and tissue engineering, assisting in German and European as well as in international patent proceedings.
