Abstract:

This training seminar for senior European patent examiners addresses typical challenges which examiners encounter when examining nanotechnology patent applications. The seminar, held in Stockholm in October 2017, was part of a training event organised by the European Patent Office in co-operation with the Swedish Intellectual Property Office and attended by EPO and national patent office examiners from 16 member states of the European Patent Organisation with at least eight years of experience.
